The first day of any new challenge is always the easiest! You're full to the brim with motivation to reach your goals!
7 am: Hot Water and Lemon
7.30 am: Approx. 40g gluten free oats cooked with almond milk and cinnamon. I then added half a chopped banana and a handful of blueberries.
10.30 am: Time for a quick snack and cup of green tea before I left the house. I had some cashew nuts and dried cranberries.
1.30 pm: A quick pit stop into M&S to pick up a salad for lunch.
5.30 pm: Snack time! I had two tablespoons of greek yogurt with strawberries and macadamia nuts.
Today was the hottest day of the year in the UK so I also drank lots and lots of water. Day One - Done!

6.30 - 8.00 pm: Yoga with JP.
9.00 pm: For dinner, Dan and I had a Nicoise style chopped salad with sweet potato wedges on the side. Because it felt really "French" I had a glass of ice cold Rosé with it! Treat of the day.
