Easter Fun!!!

There's nothing I love more than a reason to celebrate with chocolate and have time off work so the long Easter weekend is always one of my favourite holidays.

My American friend Jenna suggested the girls get together to paint/decorate eggs.....we haven't done this since we were little and it was so much fun!!

We'll use the eggs as the centre piece for the Easter table on Sunday; about 30 of us are getting together for a BBQ......I know! We are aware of the weather outside but the men in our lives are insisting it goes ahead. Photo's to follow!

Free File & Polish @ Beauty Box, Clifton Down

I have my eyebrows threaded (and sometimes tinted) by the amazing Kelsey at Beauty Box, Clifton every 4 weeks or so. I only started going there since I moved back to Bristol in October so was pleasantly surprised to learn after Monday's brow session that points really do mean prizes!!

Beauty Box have a loyalty card and after 5 treatments you get a free 15 minute treatment - there are a few options (including a neck massage) and I opted for the file and polish.

I chose "Daring" from their selection of Jessica Nail Polish. It's a bright pinky/red colour - perfect for the Easter weekend!

Nice Surprises....

Yesterday I came home from work to find these beautiful flowers waiting for me. I love it when you receive a "just because" present, they always mean so much to me (and it doesn't need to be flowers or a big gesture-I get this feeling over a chocolate brownie or a cup of tea in bed)!
